Survey Programming and Hosting
We program surveys using the UNICOM Intelligence™ software, Decipher™ and ConfirmIT™.
Our surveys are designed to deliver a consistent experience across smartphones, tablets, and desktops, with responsive templates that ensure the same functionality across devices, browsers, and platforms. We also develop custom solutions by combining survey programming with JavaScript to support proprietary tools when needed.
We have extensive experience managing multi-country, multi-language surveys with complex sampling and quota requirements, supported by strong expertise in data collection and processing. Our structure enables fast turnaround times and direct access to experts during programming and data collection.
We now provide our clients with flowcharts and dashboards to mirror their questionnaires. The flowcharts help visualize the survey logic and are great for QC and explaining bases to DP. They also keep track of the changes that have been made to the survey.

Our verbatim coding team turns open-ended responses into clean, structured data you can analyze with confidence. We build custom codeframes per project, code at scale across multiple languages, and apply rigorous quality checks at every stage.
Whether you need code-and-tab as part of a full data processing job or stand-alone coding to plug into your existing workflow, our team is fast, accurate, and proactive. Our team does the research to make sure the coding makes sense.
We utilize the latest software coding platform, Colibri by Nuance. This allows us to translate multiple languages, and quickly build codeframes and code based on those codeframes. Coding can be done with or without the use of AI.
