- Our clients send us the data in the form of SPSS .sav files, flat ASCII files, or Excel data files.
- ATP Canada has no need to receive PII or PHI data.
- Employees are required to ensure that all data files provided to us do not contain any PII or PHI information. Should a data file be received that does contain fields with PII or PHI that data file must be immediately deleted and the employee’s manager and Information Security and Privacy Officer notified.
- The client must be notified that a data file containing PII/PHI was received and had been deleted and that a new file with this information removed should be provided to us.
The ATP Canada application and supporting applications collect the following
